Sorry that I really haven't done anything in a while you guys.
I decided to start doing a weekly thing with my journal entries though. Each week I'll post a new quotes or situations and funny things to do to cover your ass!
So here's the firsts one:
What To Do
This is for the girls that are under 21 but look older, go to a bar, and don't feel good and don't want a drink.
The Bartender thinks your over the drinking age and you're not. You don't feel so great and don't want a drink to make it worse. But you still wanna party.
Question: What do you do when the Bartender askes why you can't drink???
Answer: (and yes, when this happened to me last year I thought of this on the spot. I'm just smooth that way, lol) You play it cool and tell the Bartender that your doctor just told you that you're 2 months pregnant. Just smile and tell the Bartender how happy you and your husband are. Tell the Bartender that you're partying with your friends as much as you can before you enter the wonderful world of motherhood.
I thought that would make a good 1st weekly advise thingy, LOL!
Here's what happen to me, cause I'm sure you all wanna hear it:
*I'm sitting at the bar*
Bartender: What can I get you miss?
Me: Oh, I'll just have a water and apple juice for now, thank you.
Bartender: *makes a confused face* That's it... why don't you wanna drink, like a Martini or something?
*I feel questioned about my age and say with a shy smile*
Me: Well, my doctor told me yesterday that I'm two months pregnant! And my friend brought me here as a little gift to me.
Bartender: Oh really! *big smile* Well, congrats to you! Is your husband here with you?
Me: No, that's the thing... I just lost my job about a week ago and now my husband works over time a lot. He's a graphics designer. So he's at work right now actually. My friends know all about my situation and brought me here b/c they know that I can't afford this now.
Bartender: Wow! I'm sorry to hear about your job cuttin' you loose like that.
Me: *Big smile* Thanks!
Bartender: You know what?! As a gift to you and your husband from me, I'll give you a free desert to take home.
Me: Oh thank you so much but you really don't have to do that.
Bartender: No, no really! It's on me. I'm sure you're getting a lot of chocolate cravings now anyway. *laughs with me*
Me: Well thank you.

Yes that's what happened and it worked like a charm because I'm just so sly that way and I'm a very quick thinker and shit!
